TERMS OF SERVICE

By using this website or submitting any application materials, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit any materials. These terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and participants.

To apply for or participate in Impulse Show, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of application
• Be able to communicate fluently in English
• Be available to participate in filming in Belgrade, Serbia
• Not be under any legal or contractual obligation that would prevent your participation
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application

We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to disqualify applicants who do not meet these requirements.

By submitting a casting application, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Submission of an application does not guarantee participation in the show
• We have the sole discretion to select, reject, or remove any applicant or participant at any time
• Application materials (videos, photos, social media links) may be reviewed by our production team
• You will not be compensated for submitting an application unless selected and contracted as a participant
• All submitted materials may be retained on file for future casting consideration

Selected participants will receive compensation of $50 USD per day for days actively spent on set, as outlined in a separate participation agreement. This compensation is subject to:

• Execution of a formal participation and release agreement
• Attendance and participation on scheduled filming days
• Compliance with production rules and guidelines
• Applicable tax obligations in your country of residence

Compensation terms are subject to change and will be confirmed in writing before filming begins.

By submitting application materials including videos, photographs, and social media profiles, you grant ImpulseCast a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and review such materials solely for casting evaluation purposes.

Selected participants will be required to sign a separate media release agreement granting us the rights to use their likeness, voice, and recorded content for production, promotional, and distribution purposes. This agreement will be provided before filming begins.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your application
• Impersonate any other person or entity
• Use this website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of this website
• Harass or harm any other applicant, participant, or member of our team

Violation of these terms may result in immediate disqualification and, where applicable, legal action.

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImpulseCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or participation in the casting process. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you, if any, as compensation.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belgrade, Serbia.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
